The customer's water supply line to their toilet broke

In this home, the water supply line to the toilet broke causing flooding throughout the home. After our highly trained technicians inspected the entire home, they discovered the kitchen, dining, living room area, hall, bath and multiple bedrooms were affected. Multiple pieces of drying equipment were placed around the house to ensure no moisture was left. Additionally, the garage suffered damage as well. Our restoration workers removed laminate flooring and padding throughout the house. They also removed the shoe mold, baseboards and toe kicks. They completed the mitigation process by drilling holes in necessary areas of the house and sprayed antimicrobial throughout.
