Bunker Hill Village Home Damage

This home in Bunker Hill Village was thoroughly soaked after a water pipe broke in the ceiling. The water continued to pool and then finally ran down the walls which can be seen in the first picture. The walls have been water logged. They started to lose their structural integrity and needed to be removed.

In most cases we end up seeing mold in these situations but the homeowners were lucky not to have any other problems. We removed the bad drywall and dried out as much that could be saved.
