Raised Flooring Hiding Water Damage

The flooring in this commercial building had been hiding a small water damage. It went unnoticed for a while until someone could smell the musty odor coming up from the floor. Fortunately the water damage was not too big and SERVPRO of Town & Country were able to mitigate the water quite easily.

The main problem was making sure the area was thoroughly dried before replacing the floor tiles. The drying process was going to take some time. Although there was not too much water it had migrated below the floors and along the metal ducting for 45 feet.
