Preschool in Houston, TX Water Damage

During the recent storms this preschool had some water come in through the doors. The street drains had backed up with debris and the water found its way into the school underneath the front doors.

The fist picture shows that there was not a whole lot of water but it did pool around the edges and dried there leaving some staining. The air movers in the hall shows how far the water traveled down the hall. The baseboards were a little wet but the preschool owner really didn't want to have them removed as they could damage the murals.

We assured her that the damage was not too extensive and were able tor clean and dry the hall without removing the baseboards.
