The customer's home experienced toilet tank overflow

SERVPRO arrived immediately to the scene after receiving an emergency phone call of a toilet tank overflow. There was a strong odor of mildew and water that filled the home due to the customer leaving the water sitting for almost 3 days. Multiple bedrooms, closets and bathrooms were affected which totaled 45% of damage within the home. Our restoration workers begin by removing all carpet, padding and baseboards. Additionally, the laminate flooring was removed from under the bath tub. In completion, multiple dehumidifiers and air movers were left on the scene for hours to ensure the entire property was dry.
